Find Your Personal Musical Scale
Everyone’s body resonates with a certain scale which can be used to heal yourself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. In this session, you will find your personal tone that most resonates with the frequencies of your body. You learn how to use this tone to find the scale which coordinates with the seven energy centers or chakra (root, sacrum, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown). You will be provided with meditation recordings for each note of your personal scale. Guidance will be given on how to use the scale to heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
