14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the value of Tune In and Rise Up: Business Mentorship for Sound Healing Practitioners. We want you to feel confident in your investment, which is why we offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee starting from your initial purchase date.
Eligibility: This guarantee is valid only for your first 14 calendar days of membership.
Refund Process: If, within the first 14 days, you find that the mentorship provides no value for your sound healing practice, you are eligible for a full refund of your membership fee.
How to Claim: To request your refund, you must send an email to molly@mollyadkins.com within the 14-day window. Once the refund is processed, your access to the digital product and community will be revoked.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Your membership to Tune In and Rise Up is a subscription that will continue until you request cancellation.
Cancellation Anytime: You may cancel your membership at any time.
Timing Requirement: To ensure you are not charged for the next billing cycle, you must request your cancellation at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.
Late Cancellation: If a cancellation request is received with less than 48 hours remaining before your renewal date, you will be charged for one final month of the subscription. Access to the program will continue until the end of that final paid month.

General Terms
No Pro-Rata Refunds: After the initial 14-day money-back guarantee period, we do not offer refunds (either full or partial/pro-rata) for any unused time remaining in your monthly membership subscription following a cancellation.
Access After Cancellation: Once a cancellation is processed, your membership access will continue through the end of the current billing period you have paid for, at which point your access will be terminated.
B) Group and 1:1 Sound Healing Sessions & Masterclasses
Participation Cancellation Policy
Your purchase of a spot in a group session or 1:1 session or masterclass can be cancelled with a full refund minus an administration fee of 5% the total sale up to 24 hours prior to the session.
- How to Cancel: Please cancel or reschedule via your confirmation email. Or, contact molly@mollyadkins.com to initiate cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late Arrivals: For in-person group sessions, doors are closed at the time of the session. Late arrivals may not enter after the door closes. For live online group sessions and masterclasses, no adminission 10 minutes after the start time to accomodate for any technical issues. Session leader will not be available to help with technical issues from 15 minutes prior to the event. For 1:1 sessions, the session will end at the decided time regardless of the arrival time.
- No Shows: No refund or transfer will be given for missing a session or masterclass.
- Transferrable Purchases: In most cases, a session can be transferred to another person. Please contact molly@mollyadkins.com at least 24 hours in advance when transferring the purchase.

Please refer to the Policies, Codes and Standards on the Sound Healing Academy website for their cancellation and refund policies regarding workshops and certifications.

Refund and Cancellation Policies
- A full refund minus an administration fee of 5% the total sale will be given for cancellations requested at least 30 days before registration on the first day of the scheduled training.
- A 50% refund minus an administration fee of 5% the total sale will be given for cancellations requested 15 – 29 days before registration on the first day of the scheduled training.
- No refunds will be given after this date or for no-show on the days of the scheduled training.
- Transferrable Purchase: Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute. However, we need to be notified of this change at least 24 hours before the training starts. Please contact molly@mollyadkins.com at least 24 hours in advance when transferring the purchase to another participant.
- Cancellation or Postponement by Sacred Sound Healing LLC: Sacred Sound Healing LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the training due to unforeseen circumstances or if a minimum acceptable registration level is not achieved 15 days before the scheduled training. If such an unlikely event occurs, your registration fees will be refunded in full, or transferred to another workshop. However, Sacred Sound Healing is not responsible for any other expenses (travel, accommodation etc.) you might have incurred.
